AmbuPro comes pre-configured, but users can implement any documentation requirements, warnings, or recommendations, including their name, description, conditions, and field linkage. Users can enforce their own rules and apply them to various Workflow stages and security levels to ensure compliance with state/agency/billing standards.

Exports

AmbuPro allows users to choose which fields, values, and formatting are applied to exported data. Users can control all fields and mappings based on what they’d like to include within billing, state, fire/RMS, and HIE/hub exports.

Reports

In addition to custom reporting, AmbuPro allows users to alter existing reports such as the PCR to include additional data or remove/reformat existing elements.

IntelliForms

AmbuPro integrates and customizes state/county/agency-specific forms, pre-populating them for users to fill in the remaining fields and save as a PDF to the incident. This creates a truly paperless environment and eliminates redundant information.

Computer-Aided Dispatch

Users can map any field from their CAD system to their AmbuPro system, increasing speed and accuracy.

Settings

AmbuPro users can change multiple settings throughout the system and even apply different values based on specific users, roles, vehicles, office/field modes, and more. This transforms application use for users based on their job.
